I am a sociologist of organizations and inequality. My research examines how formally neutral workplace policies and technologies reproduce gender inequality, focusing on family leave and AI in hiring. My dissertation, Navigating Family Leave Usage in the Workplace, studies how workers and employers interpret family leave rights, combining preregistered experiments and analysis of litigation records. It is supported by an American Sociological Association Doctoral Dissertation Research Improvement Grant funded by the National Science Foundation. My research interests include organizations; gender, work and family; AI and the future of work; and quantitative methods.

Here is my CV.
